The  DUBAI INTERNATIONAL HORSE CHAMPIONSHIP in March is known to sponsoring the  BEST TURNED OUT HORSE  here at the JEBEL ALI RACE COURSE.  Each winning groom receives a 1000DHS cash prize for their effort in making their horse the best looking in the race.  But except for their generosity, DIAHC also put on one of the best horse shows in town from the 17th -19th March 2016…

  1. something very interesting to attend while you at Dubai and did not know of something like this actually existed in Dubai. I assume there no betting and gambling going on, because of Islamic Laws, or I might be mistaken?

    1. Hi Uwais!

      Thank you for your question. Indeed there are no gambling or casinos in the UAE.
      But we do have all kinds of horsey activities here in Dubai. We have thoroughbred, Arabian and camel racing.
      We also have the horse endurance races, showjumping, dressage and polo is very big here too!

      The Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship is really amazing and is worth attending for sure. There
      are stalls with all types of equestrian gear, food and other animal related products on display and the arena is
      where the Horse Championships take place.

      So I encourage anyone that loves horses to go see this event.
